Terms of sale
The sales prices indicated are expressed in euros, including VAT, and do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer and are invoiced upon order confirmation, as a supplement to the selected products. Portanuova 16 srl reserves the right to change prices without notice and to modify shipping prices at its discretion, but undertakes to apply the current prices and to explicitly display prices and shipping costs, as indicated on the website, at the time of ordering. Any refunds are always processed by Portanuova 16 srl via the payment system used to make the purchase. Conditions subject to Legislative Decree 206/2005
Portanuova 16 srl will issue an invoice, attaching it to the product intended for delivery.
Portanuova 16 srl includes only the information provided by the customer in the above invoice, specifying that no changes will be permitted after the invoice has been issued.
The customer may only purchase products as per the electronic catalog on the vstarsmilano.com website, which are in effect at the time the order is placed. Portanuova 16 srl hereby informs the customer that the images and technical data, without exception, accompanying the product information sheet should not be considered complete and exhaustive by the customer, but may, therefore, vary in size, color, accessories, or other features.
Portanuova 16 srl cannot be held responsible, for any reason whatsoever, for anything communicated and accepted by the customer. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Portanuova 16 srl via email, sent exclusively to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation message will contain all the information entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and communicate any corrections within two days. Only subsequently, after verifying the actual availability of the item and the accuracy of the customer's information, will Portanuova 16 srl send a final acceptance of the contract via email, which from that moment on is considered concluded and stipulated between the parties for all legal purposes.
By placing an order on the vstarsmilano.com website, the customer acknowledges having read the terms and conditions of sale, the payment methods offered, and the entire purchase process. They also declare that they accept them without reservation and have received comprehensive information regarding them. Furthermore, with express reference to Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, the customer will receive, via email, all the information necessary to identify Portanuova 16 srl , which the customer is responsible for retaining along with the email confirming acceptance of the contract.
In the event that the customer needs to return the purchased products for legitimate reasons, he/she must arrange for shipment within the established terms and exclusively to the registered office of Portanuova 16 srl.
Warranty
All products sold by Portanuova 16 srl are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and the 24-month warranty for defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002. To benefit from warranty assistance, the customer must retain the invoice (or shipping document) received by email in PDF format. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided according to the procedures illustrated in the documentation included in the product packaging. Please note that the 24-month warranty is reserved for private consumers (natural persons who purchase the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who make the purchase without indicating a VAT number on the order form).
In cases where the application of the warranty requires the return of the product, the item must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories, and intact consumables). To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, whenever possible, placing it in a second box. In all cases, the application of labels or adhesive tape directly onto the product's original packaging should be avoided.
All shipments of products will be returned to the sender at his expense:
- Not including packaging.
- Received with unsuitable or inadequate external packaging and therefore damaged during transport: the Warranty does not cover damage due to failure to use the original packaging and adequate external protective packaging.
By convention, any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnities as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things is excluded.
Right of Withdrawal
- The product must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment, intact consumables); Portanuova 16 srl reserves the right to return the product. If Portanuova 16 srl refuses the return, the Customer is required to pay the full cost of the product by bank transfer to the IBAN provided by Portanuova 16 srl.
- The product must be returned within the time and manner described above to the address indicated by Portanuova 16 srl
- Return costs are always charged to the Customer
Portanuova 16 srl reserves the right to inspect returned goods for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
Refunds
Customers will have a single point of contact for any complaints or issues, both during the ordering process and after-sales service . Portanuova 16 srl is equipped with all the tools needed to manage issues, both through a call center and 24/7 messaging systems, to analyze problems and find solutions for individual customers. Any refunds will be processed by Portanuova 16 srl via the payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds will be processed no later than 10 business days.
