Order Fulfillment

To ensure proper customer service, Portanuova 16 srl guarantees the receipt and acceptance of purchase orders until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Orders received after this time, as well as those received on Saturdays, Sundays, or other holidays, will be considered received on the first business day following the order date. Any reductions in business hours and/or interruptions to sales services during particular periods of the year (e.g., summer months), which could result in extended delivery times, will be adequately highlighted at the time of ordering, and it will be at the Customer's discretion whether or not to confirm the order within the indicated timeframe. Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document
- that the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the sealing tapes

In the event of tampering and/or breakages, the Customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by writing "RESERVATION FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING" on the copy of the delivery document to be returned signed to the courier or other operator.

The Customer is required to report any damage within 7 days of receiving the goods, by registered mail or by email to the following addresses:

For each order, the Customer is required to specify at least one telephone number to allow the express courier to contact them in the event of delivery difficulties. If delivery is unsuccessful for reasons not attributable to Portanuova 16 srl or the express courier for more than 5 consecutive days, the order will be considered cancelled and the Customer will be charged the storage costs as quantified by the express courier.

Delivery times

What happens to your order after purchasing from vistarsmilano.com by Portanuova 16 srl?

Product delivery times vary depending on the item ordered by the Customer and the delivery method chosen. The times indicated for delivery are merely indicative and are in no way binding on Portanuova 16 srl. When using express courier services, delivery is expected within 1-5 business days from the time of ordering. In any case, the estimated delivery times are explicitly indicated on the individual product data sheet. For products for which the data sheet indicates 24-48 hour delivery, the following instructions apply:

Artisanal Made-to-Order Production

 Our sneakers are exclusively made to order. Each pair is handcrafted by our skilled artisans, who dedicate 7 working days to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Once the production is complete, the order will follow standard shipping timelines:

A) Day 1 (Courier Forwarder)

The day after the order is placed, the courier will collect the goods from our warehouses by 6:00 PM. The courier will be given a shipping invoice containing the destination and any notes included in the order. Upon collection of the product, the customer will be sent an email containing the tracking number; this will allow the customer to track the delivery status and estimated delivery times in real time on the courier's website.

B) Day 2 (delivery of goods)

The product will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Methods

1) Standard Delivery:
Delivery occurs within 5 business days from the date the courier hands over the goods. Specifically, we deliver within 72 hours of handing over the goods to the courier. For all of Italy, including the islands, the shipping cost is indicated at the time of ordering. Furthermore, the delivery times described above for the islands may vary due to unforeseeable factors, such as adverse weather conditions, etc.
